NONFAT DRY MILK - WEST                                           

Prices for low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) are lower. The 
market undertone remains weak. Sales activity in the spot market 
is light. Some processors are clearing up NDM stocks at lower 
prices. The resale market has been a little quiet. In terms of 
production, milk volumes moving into NDM plants are steady to 
higher. Inventories are mostly unchanged. Prices for high 
heat nonfat dry milk are steady to slightly lower on a weaker 
market. Limited spot sales are occurring throughout the week. 
The majority of the sales are based on contracts. Inventories 
levels are unchanged.
