NONFAT DRY MILK - WEST                                           


Low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices are lower in a 
weaker market. Demand is light. Spot sales activity has been 
sluggish throughout the week. At this point, most sales are 
based on contractual needs. Drying schedules trends are steady 
to slightly higher. Inventories are steady to building. Supplies 
of some processors are committed through the end of the year. 

High heat nonfat dry milk prices are lower to steady. The market 
undertone is weaker. Spot sales are irregular. High heat NDM is 
being made to fill contract orders. Inventories are mixed.
