NONFAT DRY MILK - WEST                                           

Western low/medium heat nonfat dry milk prices are steady to lower 
this week. There were reports of some increased buying where prices 
were at discounted levels. Export sales are steady. Production is 
mainly active as milk is available. Inventory levels are mixed as 
some producers are concerned about the decline in milk supply. High 
heat nonfat dry milk prices are unchanged on light activity. 
Production is sporadic as manufacturers use dryers for other 
products.
