DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 
                                                                     
Dry whey prices in the Northeast decreased on the top of the range. Some 
contacts suggest there are large-volume spot offers, in the middle of 
the current price range, that are dictating the current market prices. 
Whey producers in the Atlantic region report that whey is moving 
steadily via contracts. Whey inventory reports are mixed, from balanced 
to heavy. The Northeast dry whey market tone is unstable.
