DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 

Northeastern whey prices are unchanged this week. Manufacturers are 
making a few spot offers, but most dry whey is moving well through 
existing contracts. Industry contacts suggest the market tone is still 
strong, but some market participants sense a slowing market demand. Dry 
whey inventories are comfortable to tight and production is steady.
