Dry whey prices in the region are steady to unchanged. With active 
cheese processing leading into the holiday, dry whey production is 
increasing. Dry whey stocks are adequate and building. Customers 
are receiving contracted loads on time. Some buyers who are 
discussing 2017 whey contracts referenced changes in pricing 
structures and length of contracts in suggesting a stable looming 
dry whey market. The market undertone is steady to higher.
