DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 
                                                                     
Dry whey prices are steady to lower at the top of the range based on 
limited spot sales and contractual adjustments in a weak market. Heavy 
cheese production is driving whey output as inventories build. Demand is 
fairly relaxed, with product moving mainly over contracts. Transactions 
in the spot market typically occur at the bottom of the pricing range.
