DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 
                                                                     
Dry whey prices are unchanged. Output has increased on increased cheese 
production, with milk output levels in the early stages of spring flush. 
Stocks are building. Dry whey contracts are clearing without delays. Few 
dry whey spot loads are clearing the market, as buyers remain tentative. 
The market undertone is steady.
