DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 
                                                                     
Prices for dry whey are steady. As strong cheese production promotes dry 
whey output, processors are easily meeting committed orders. However, 
uncertainty prevails amongst market participants as to the actual level 
of dry whey holdings in the region, aside from contracted volumes. 
Stocks are mixed. Dry whey use is improving, as cyclical ice cream 
interest progresses. Eastern dry whey exhibits a mixed undertone.
