DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 

Dry whey prices are steady to higher at the top of the range, resulting 
from adjustments to pricing indices. Some buyers note trouble finding 
all the Northeast whey they want in a timely fashion. Dry whey interest 
from ice cream is improving seasonally. The market has a firming 
undertone.
