DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 
                                                                     
Prices for dry whey moved higher on both ends of the range. The bulk of 
dry whey production is tied to contract needs. Availability in the 
Northeast is limited with those looking for additional product having to 
look outside the region. The switching of some production from whey to 
WPC has reduced spot offerings. The current undertone conveys a firming 
market.
