DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 
                                                                     
Dry whey prices are steady over the holiday shortened week. However, dry 
whey production is steady to higher. A few cheese makers are processing 
higher volumes of milk this holiday week. Interest is steady from buyers. 
Spot loads from manufacturers are hard to obtain, as supplies remain tight. 
Increased manufacturing into the weekend should add to regional whey stocks.
