DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 

Dry whey prices are unchanged. Regional production is flat. Inventories 
remain tight, as dry whey supplies clear mostly to contracted customers. In 
light of low stock levels and good holiday demand, some orders are being 
pushed back. Spot offerings are limited. Dry whey offerings are being made 
available to cautious buyers through resale markets. The undertone is quiet.
