DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 

This week, dry whey price saw declines at both ends of the range due to 
lower spot transactions and pricing indices. Dry whey output continues to 
pace decreasing milk intakes at cheese processing facilities. Inventories 
are being added to in some channels. Demand is uneven. The market tone 
continues to soften.
