DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 
                                                                     
Dry whey prices are lower at the top of the range. Production levels dropped 
slightly in the East as some cheese plants have reduced operating schedules 
due to declines in milk receipts. As a result, producers are reassessing 
inventory projections for Q4 2015. With the majority of whey sales being 
contracts, domestic demand is steady, although somewhat lackluster in the 
spot market. The market undertone is weak.
