DRY WHEY - NORTHEAST                                                 
                                                                     
EAST:  Dry whey prices fell at the top of the range as indices adjusted 
lower.  Production levels are close to plant capacity at some large scale 
locations.  Inventories are moderate and building.  In general, demand is 
fair to good.  Transactions in the resale market are active.  The whey 
market undertone remains weak.
