Continuing the recent trend, spot trading has been fairly quiet. Producers have reported that moving contracted inventories has become a little smoother than it was earlier in the summer. Dry whey production and inventories are mixed, as milk availability into Class III production varies plant to plant. Feed whey spot market prices increased on the top of the range.
