DRY WHEY - CENTRAL                                               

Central whey prices are unchanged this week. Industry contacts report light 
spot sale activity. Domestic demand is steady and whey is moving well through 
regular contracts, but export markets appear to have softened somewhat. A few 
end users said manufacturers are shifting shipping dates in order to manage 
available supplies. Dry whey inventories are mixed, but generally comfortable. 
The market tone is steady to firming. Animal feed whey prices are unchanged 
this week.
