Some spot loads were selling at lower prices as manufacturers were clearing inventories. Production is steady to higher as cheese production continues to be strong and some manufacturers are choosing to make whey instead of other higher protein products. Animal feed whey prices were steady to lower. Some spot loads were available this week. Sellers have available off spec product that is being sold as feed at a discount.
