Production levels are steady as cheese output continues to be strong. The market tone is weak and there have been a few spots sales. The strength of the dollar has led to lower export demand. Some end users are using off spec product or are utilizing other protein sources for more favorable pricing. Ice cream producers are taking all contracted loads as their production continues to climb. Animal feed prices are unchanged. All contracts are being met.
