DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST  

Dry buttermilk prices moved up at the top of the range, but 
remained steady on the mostly price series. The market undertone 
is balanced. Demand is strong. However, dry buttermilk 
availability is limited within the western region. Most supplies 
are committed to contractual obligations. As the result, 
activities are restricted in the spot market. Production is 
stable compared to last week.
