DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST

F.O.B prices for dry buttermilk in the West remain steady on 
both the range and the mostly prices series. Contacts report 
limited activities in the market. Dry buttermilk demand is 
fairly quiet outside of contractual needs. Most buyers are not 
looking for additional spot loads. Inventories are a little 
tighter. Production is lower due to reduced condensed buttermilk 
supplies and dryers' limited availability.
