DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       
                                                            
Western dry buttermilk spot pricing is mostly mixed on a 
narrower range. Spot sales activity has been fair to good 
throughout the week. Interest from the bakery and confectionary 
sectors is active as the year-end holiday approaches. Production 
is ongoing, parallel with regional butter manufacturing. 
Inventories are steady to building.
