DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       

Western dry buttermilk prices are unchanged on the range, but 
mixed on the mostly series. The market undertone continues to be 
unsettled. Spot sales activity is light to moderate. Interest 
from bakers and dry mix manufacturers is active. Dry buttermilk 
production is steady to higher, parallel with the regional 
butter churning. Inventories are steady to slightly higher.
