DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       
                                                            
Spot prices for dry buttermilk are mixed on the range, but 
steady on the mostly series. The market tone is unsettled. 
Trading activity in the spot market is light to moderate. Demands 
from the bakery and confectionery sectors are active. However, 
the interest from ice cream manufacturers is weakening. 
Condensed buttermilk supplies are more available for drying. As 
a result, dry buttermilk processing is ongoing. Inventories are 
steady to building.
