MD_DA340 DA MD DA340 Dry Buttermilk - West MADISON, WI. September 01, 2016 (REPORT 35) DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST Western dry buttermilk prices are steady on the range, but lower on the mostly series. Trades in the f.o.b. spot market have been light to moderate throughout the week. At this point, the market undertone is somewhat unsettled. Condensed buttermilk supplies are more available to dry as ice cream makers are pulling less. In addition, butter churning is very active in the region. Consequently, dry buttermilk manufacturing is higher this week. Inventories are steady to slightly higher. F.O.B.
