DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       
                                                            
F.O.B. spot prices for dry buttermilk in the West are lower on 
the range, but steady on the mostly series. At this point, the 
market undertone is mixed. Demands from the bakery and 
confectionery sectors are fair to good.  Dry buttermilk 
production is steady to slightly lower as less condensed 
buttermilk volumes are available to dry. However, some 
manufacturers anticipate a production uptick in the near future 
as butter churners are increasing manufacturing to cover Q4 
needs. Dry buttermilk inventories are tight.
