DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       
                                                            
Dry buttermilk prices in the West region are mixed. Dry buttermilk 
production is steady to lower as churning schedules decline and reduce 
condensed buttermilk supplies at some plant locations. Demand is 
fairly quiet this week outside of contract volumes, as buyers in 
general are not seeking f.o.b. spot loads from manufacturers without 
some price adjustments. Inventories are tight to adequate. The market 
undertone remains unsettled.
