DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       
                                                            
F.O.B. spot prices for western dry buttermilk are mixed on light 
trading. The market undertone is firm. Demand from the bakery 
sector is good. Butter churning in the region is less active 
compared to Q1 and Q2. As a result, condensed buttermilk 
supplies are less available to dry. In addition, ice cream 
manufacturers are pulling significant condensed buttermilk 
volumes. Therefore, dry buttermilk production is trending lower. 
Inventories are tight in many processing plants.
