DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       
                                                            
Dry buttermilk prices are mixed on the range, but unchanged on 
the mostly series. The market undertone continues to be weak. 
Interest for dry buttermilk is poor. Sales in the f.o.b. spot 
market are light this week. Some processors are opting to sell 
condensed buttermilk volumes rather than dry them. Production is 
active in line with the western butter churning. Inventories are 
steady to higher. The April 2016 Dairy Market News monthly 
average for the West dry buttermilk mostly series is $0.7283 
compared to $0.8775 a year ago.
