Prices for dry buttermilk are lower on the range and steady to 
sharply lower on the mostly series. The market undertone is 
weaker. Supply is above current buyers' needs. Demand from many 
bakers is gradually declining. Spot sales in the f.o.b. market 
have been light throughout the week. Production is ongoing in 
line with the butter production in the West. Inventories are 
heavy in many processing plants.
