Western dry buttermilk prices are unchanged on a weak market. 
The dry buttermilk supply is above the current demand of buyers. 
Sales activity in the f.o.b. spot market has been very quiet 
throughout this week. Some manufacturers are selling condensed 
buttermilk volumes into Class II processing instead of drying 
it. As a result dry buttermilk production is mixed around the 
region. Inventories are steady.
