Dry buttermilk prices are mixed on the range and mostly series. 
Sales in the f.o.b. spot market are less active compared to the 
previous week. The interest from the bakery sector is waning. 
However some processors anticipate a better demand during the 
holiday baking season. Production is active, parallel with the 
regional butter churning. Inventories are steady to higher. 
 
F.O.B. WEST: .6600 - .8250   MOSTLY:  .7400 - .8000
