DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       

Prices for dry buttermilk are higher to steady on the range and 
steady to higher on the mostly series. Production is flat as 
butter churning is steady in the region. Inventories are 
slightly lower. Demand from prepared dry mixes manufacturers is 
improving. In addition, dry buttermilk interest from the baking 
sector is active. The market undertone is stronger.
