DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       

Prices for dry buttermilk are higher on the range and the mostly 
series. Some industry participants note an increase on demand 
from the bakery sector. Spot sales are active throughout the 
West. The market undertone is firmer. Production is steady to 
higher as churning activity is very active. Inventories are 
slightly lower.
