DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       

Dry buttermilk prices are mostly higher in a firming market. The 
higher prices of NDM are boosting the buyer interest for dry 
buttermilk. Some processors note good spot sales throughout the 
week. Production is mostly steady. Inventories are mixed.
