DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       

Prices for dry buttermilk are higher. Production is slightly 
increasing, as the butter churning is active in the West. 
Inventories are steady to higher. The firming NDM market is 
helping the dry buttermilk market. Demand from bakers is active. 
Some processors indicate fair to good spot sales throughout the 
week.
