DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       

Western dry buttermilk prices are mostly unchanged from last week, and the 
market tone is weak. Dry buttermilk sales are steady. Some resellers are 
selling at discount prices to clear storage. Production is steady to lower 
due to current pulls on cream volumes by ice cream manufacturers. 
Inventories are unchanged to lower.
