DRY BUTTERMILK - WEST                                       
                                                            
Prices for Western dry buttermilk are unchanged to lower on a mixed 
market. Production continues to be active, following the butter production 
trend. Stocks are increasing at some locations, and a few manufacturers 
are content to carry inventories forward into the active ice cream 
production season.
