WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):    

      Oceania whole milk powder prices are steady to slightly 
higher, but remaining below prices in Western Europe. Some 
buyers of Oceania WMP are believed to have a more pressing need 
for securing stocks in the immediate term than had recently been 
expected. That is a factor driving upper price range strength.
       This year, January-May, New Zealand WMP exports show a 0.6 
percent decline from the same period one year earlier, according to 
Eucolait. Export volumes and primary destinations are shown in the 
following table:

      At GDT Event 191 on July 4, the WMP all contracts price 
increased 2.6 percent while the August contract increased 9.5 
percent.
      The Dairy Market News international monthly average price 
in dollars/metric ton for Oceania WMP prices in June, 2017,
