WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP): 

Whole milk powder prices in Oceania are steady at the bottom of the 
price range to weaker at the top. A factor is recent action by some 
processors to move more milk into making WMP, resulting in more WMP, 
which is now reflected in pricing. Volumes of WMP exports from New 
Zealand January-October 2016 decreased 1.7% from the same period in 
2015 according to Eucolait. The main destinations and percentage of 
total were: China, 23.7%; Algeria, 11.3%; and UAE, 7.7%. At GDT Event 
179 on January 3, 2017, the all contracts WMP price percentage change
