WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):                                         

Oceania WMP prices are trending lower. The market tone is weaker, 
attributed to slower, uneven global demand. Buyers are often 
reluctant to extend purchases beyond nearby coverage needs. 
Production rates are trending lower but remain seasonally active. 
Some shifting away from WMP output continues to take place. There are 
adequate supplies of WMP in the region to service trade needs. At the 
November 3 GDT event 151, the WMP pricing index, across all contracting 
periods, averaged $2,453 per MT, down 8.0% compared to the prior event. 
For February, regular New Zealand WMP averaged $2,405 per MT.
