WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):  Prices for WMP moved lower as uncommitted 
supplies continue to weigh on the market.  Demand is significantly below 
year ago levels, primarily due to China's reduction in purchases compared 
to last year.  A majority of Australian manufacturers are comfortable 
with their inventory levels.  The market has a weak undertone.  Whole 
milk powder exports for January to February, released by GTIS, saw 
Australian exports decline 43%.  New Zealand's exports were down 7.3% 
year over year with China leading destination for export volumes in 
February.
