Prices for skim milk powder in Oceania are steady. Ongoing pressure from 
strong supplies has kept prices from rising, while intervention in the 
E.U. is acting to mitigate downward price movement. Some buyers of 
Oceania SMP continue to be willing to pay a slight premium for specific
