SKIM MILK POWDER (SMP):  Skim milk powder prices moved lower.  Buyer 
interest has increased marginally, compared to the limited interest and 
bids a fortnight ago.  Some manufacturers with reduced uncommitted 
supplies are opting to hold those inventories for later in the year when 
prices may be possibly higher.  Year to date export data through 
February, released by GTIS, saw Australian exports increase by 18.5%, 
compared to last year.  A majority of the exports in February went to 
Southeast Asia.  New Zealand's year over year exports increased 13.7% 
with China the major destination in February.
