WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):   

Whole milk powder prices continue to trend higher. The market 
price increases are mainly supported by higher pricing in 
Oceania. Export demand is light to fair with offerings generally 
limited seasonally. Buyers are reluctant to pay higher pricing. 
Production is seasonally light. Offerings and holding are 
limited. Returns are indicated to favor cheese production over
