WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):   

Whole milk powder prices firmed slightly at the bottom of the price 
range but are unchanged at the top. WMP exports from the EU January-
February 2016 compared to 2015, increased 5%, according to GTA. The top 
three destinations and change in volume from the same period of 2015 were: 
Oman, +7%; Algeria, -26%; and China, -32%.
