WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP): 

Whole milk powder markets have lower pricing. The market in the EU is 
weak. Strong competition from New Zealand in particular, which many 
people in the EU believe dominates global pricing, has a strong 
influence over the EU market. Some manufacturers in the EU with 
capacity to make WMP are opting to make other dairy products at this
