WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):  Whole milk powder prices are steady to slightly 
higher. Demand is slow and EU destinations represent the greatest demand.
The current Western Europe price range is below the range one year 
ago, which was 2,800 - 3,200. Globally markets still work to adjust 
to the China effect. High volumes of WMP purchases by China several 
years ago helped move prices up. This incentivized WMP production. 
The more recent lower interest by China in WMP is still being 
absorbed by markets.
