WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):  

Whole milk powder prices moved lower. Demand is weak and sales are mostly 
from contracts. Pressure is felt from supplies and prices in Oceania. 
Eurostat reports that January-October EU production of WMP is 4.7% below 
the same period in the prior year. The top three January-November 2015 
export destinations for EU manufactured WMP and percent change from 
January-November of the previous year are: Oman, +19%; Algeria, -50%; and 
Nigeria, -21%.
